Terms of Service

LLMRPM provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that proxies requests to multiple upstream AI inference providers. Paid plans grant fixed request allowances across 5-hour, 24-hour, and 7-day windows. LLMRPM does not itself train or host the underlying language models.

You must create an account to use the Service. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Verify your email address before using the dashboard or API.
• Keep your password and API keys confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
• Create or distribute malware, spam, or any form of automated abuse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or rate-limiting mechanisms.
• Resell or redistribute LLMRPM API access without explicit written authorisation.
• Violate the acceptable use policies of any upstream AI provider accessed through the Service.
• Exceed API rate limits or intentionally degrade service quality for other users.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund of any remaining balance.

You must communicate respectfully with LLMRPM employees, contractors, representatives, and support personnel. Harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, repeated abusive language, doxxing, or other conduct that endangers or unreasonably disrupts our personnel is prohibited.

We may restrict support access, suspend service, or terminate an account immediately for violations of this requirement. Termination for abusive conduct does not entitle the account holder to a refund or credit.

The Service sells fixed-duration access plans. Each paid purchase grants 5-hour, 24-hour, and 7-day request allowances for the period shown at checkout. Paid plans do not renew automatically.

• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Quotas and rate limits are subject to change with reasonable notice posted on llmrpm.com/pricing.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's terms.
• Cryptocurrency payments are processed by Plisio. Your payment data is subject to Plisio's terms.
• Plans are non-transferable. All plan purchases are final and non-refundable.
• If your plan expires or you exhaust your daily quota, API calls will be rejected until you buy another plan or your quota resets.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, LLMRPM does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for plan purchases. All purchases are final, including when you do not use the plan, use only part of its quota, exhaust its quota before expiration, or stop using the Service before the plan ends. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

API keys are credentials that authorize requests to api.llmrpm.com. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.

• Do not embed API keys in publicly accessible code repositories or client-side applications.
• Rotate keys immediately if you suspect they have been compromised.
• You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred under your API keys, regardless of who made the requests.
• LLMRPM will never ask you for your API key via email or chat.

You retain ownership of the prompts and other content you submit through the Service. LLMRPM does not claim any rights over your input or the model outputs returned to you.

The LLMRPM name, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of LLMRPM and may not be used, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

We aim to provide a highly reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible).
• Upstream provider outages beyond our control.
• Unforeseen infrastructure incidents.

We do not provide formal SLA credits at this time. Scheduled maintenance and known upstream issues are communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• LLMRPM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LLMRPM in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of outputs generated by upstream AI models.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLMRPM, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time via the portal settings. Upon deletion, any remaining subscription time may be forfeited.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service poses a risk to LLMRPM or other users.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts, as determined by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
